Air Conditioner Warranty (Same terms apply to both large and small units)

  1. One-Year Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for one year, starting from the delivery date.

  2. Carry-In Service: Customers are only required to deliver the air conditioner to our Maintenance Department (the address can be found in the user manual).

  3. Repair & Parts Pricing: There are no repair labor fees during the warranty period. If any parts need to be replaced, they will be charged at a special discounted rate.

  4. Collection After Repair: Once the repair is complete, customers simply need to collect the air conditioner from the Maintenance Department.
